Role Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer with a combination of high intelligence and emotional intelligence to join our rapidly growing team. In this backend-focused role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Support, and the wider business, as well as partner with other engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing new features, as well as mentoring and unblocking your teammates to help them grow.

This position offers a blend of internal and external focus, where your contributions will significantly impact the daily operations of your colleagues at Sezzle, enhancing their ability to support our business and customers.
