Your Impact
The Axon VR team is dedicated to crafting immersive training experiences aimed at helping officers cultivate empathy, enhance decision-making under stress, and foster community engagement. As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in test automation, you will be pivotal in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our VR training products, which encompass Unity-based applications, backend services, and interconnected web platforms. This position is perfect for a technically adept engineer who is enthusiastic about quality, developer productivity, and facilitating regular and dependable releases through scalable automation and CI/CD frameworks.
What You’ll Do
Location: This position is based out of our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid work schedule. Team members are expected to collaborate in person from Tuesday to Friday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays, unless a workplace accommodation is approved. Reports to: Senior QA Manager
- Design and implement test automation frameworks and tools for Unity VR applications, backend APIs, and connected web components.
- Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and deployment across the VR ecosystem.
- Collaborate with QA, software engineering, and product teams to enhance product quality.
