Qualifications
What You’ll DoLead the design and development of native Windows desktop applications, utilizing Windows App SDK and WinUI, along with C#, XAML, and C++ as needed. Establish and uphold development best practices, focusing on code architecture, performance optimization, memory management, UI responsiveness, version compatibility, and maintainability. Champion accessibility initiatives by integrating relevant accessibility APIs and ensuring features support users with disabilities effectively. Work collaboratively with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and other stakeholders to shape the feature roadmap for the Windows platform. Oversee the complete feature lifecycle: from conception and design to implementation, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, including bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems, while proposing effective architectural solutions.
