Your Role

As a Senior Software Product Manager at Axon, you will spearhead the conceptualization and execution of groundbreaking software products that revolutionize the operations of public safety and justice agencies. Your collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams will be crucial to delivering high-quality, user-focused solutions that address real-world challenges.

We seek a seasoned product manager who excels in transforming ambiguity into actionable plans, balancing immediate successes with a strategic long-term vision, and aligning various stakeholders. You will have the chance to influence key product domains from initial ideation through execution and scaling.

Your Responsibilities

Work Location: This position is based in our Scottsdale, AZ office and follows a hybrid work model. Team members are expected to collaborate onsite from Tuesday to Friday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays, barring any approved workplace accommodations. We believe that in-person connections enhance innovation, and our office culture promotes teamwork, mentorship, and collective achievements.

  • Define and support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for software product areas.
  • Translate customer feedback and market insights into clear product specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features that enhance user experiences.
  • Contribute to prioritization by evaluating scope, usability, performance, and timelines.
  • Analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and market trends to guide product strategy.
  • Communicate product updates and progress effectively to stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on insights.
