Role overview
The Senior Software Quality Management Engineer will oversee and maintain the software quality management system within the Quality department. This position is based in Lille, Hauts-de-France, France.
What you will do
- Lead quality assurance activities across the full software product lifecycle, from design and development to market launch and post-sales support for complex products or systems.
- Facilitate risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks proactively.
- Provide technical and methodological support to engineers, sharing expertise as needed.
- Design and implement process monitoring indicators and lead cross-functional performance evaluations.
- Promote major improvement programs and introduce best practices throughout the organization.
- Oversee and manage large-scale or complex cross-departmental corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), mentoring the engineers involved.
- Create and maintain documentation for the quality management system (QMS) to ensure products meet international standards.
- Foster a strong quality culture across departments and guide teams on quality principles and values.
