Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Software Release Manager to join our multidisciplinary team dedicated to advanced radar technology. In this vital role, you will oversee the release pipeline, ensuring seamless integration of complex hardware and software components of radar systems across laboratory, field, and production environments. You will define and implement automated CI/CD processes to facilitate stable software and firmware releases, which includes automated and manual testing, governance/compliance checks, and version traceability, all aimed at enhancing system quality and customer trust. This position necessitates a strong technical foundation in software integration within complex systems, hands-on experience with integration and testing, and a deep understanding of contemporary release methodologies.
