We empower enterprises and service providers with unified visibility across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, allowing for workflow automation and performance enhancement at scale.We are on a mission to accelerate digital transformation through the power of automation, AI, and analytics—equipping IT and business leaders with the tools necessary to deliver exceptional customer experiences, enhance efficiency, and foster innovation with confidence.Your Role:As a Senior Test Engineer, you will:Design and implement thorough test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts across functional, regression, performance, and automated testing.Identify, document, and manage defects while collaborating effectively with development teams to resolve challenges swiftly.Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks such as Cucumber, Behave, or SpecFlow to elevate test automation.Lead quality assurance initiatives by providing technical guidance on testing best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards.Conduct both manual and automated testing to validate software and hardware functionality.Analyze test results, prepare reports, and offer actionable recommendations for product enhancements.Collaborate closely with development, product management, and QA teams to define testing requirements and acceptance standards.Assist in troubleshooting and debugging across various environments.Continuously investigate new testing tools, methodologies, and techniques to improve testing effectiveness.Maintain quality assurance for codebases developed in Python and PHP.Work with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, UX designers) to comprehend requirements, establish testing scope, and uphold quality standards.Utilize industry-standard defect tracking tools to document and track issues until resolution.Set up test metrics, KPIs, and quality benchmarks, regularly reporting quality status, trends, and risks to stakeholders.
