Successful candidates will possess:Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including the use of AI-powered tools and automation. Strong background in pre-sales consulting. Deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to account representatives and the extended sales team. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 3-5 years in a relevant field. Familiarity with Security Operations Centers (SOC), Network Operations Centers (NOC), or Computer Security Incident Response Centers (CSIRC). Comprehensive understanding of Networking and Security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, breach detection, and threat intelligence. Knowledge of various security frameworks and regulations.

This pivotal role is designed for motivated individuals with a passion for pre-sales consulting in the security domain. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding customers through the sales process and collaborating with various teams within the ServiceNow ecosystem to ensure customer success through innovative solutions and thought leadership.

As part of our dynamic Solution Consulting team, your contributions will directly influence the trajectory of SecOps Sales. You will work closely with sales, product management, and executive leadership to drive revenue and deliver exceptional solutions tailored to customer needs. This hands-on technical position requires deep expertise in solution delivery and positioning throughout the sales cycle.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop forward-thinking solutions utilizing ServiceNow Security Operations features such as Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Response.
  • Assess and optimize customers' security architectures while integrating them with ServiceNow Security Operations.
  • Address client inquiries related to ServiceNow Security Operations effectively.
  • Provide valuable insights, strategies, and best practices to our expanding customer base to enhance their Security Operations.
  • Assist in crafting and executing sales campaigns that spotlight Security Operations.
  • Maintain a portfolio of Security Operations solutions developed on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support the development of solutions that empower other Solution Consultants to showcase the value of Security Operations on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure solution environments to meet specific customer requirements and business challenges.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to enhance ServiceNow products with new capabilities aligned with customer demands.
  • Engage with a global team, sharing best practices and known solutions to elevate the quality and efficiency of team efforts.
  • Stay informed about competitive analyses and key differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors.
  • Participate in marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, and webinars.
