Role overview

The Senior Solutions Architect (Remote, Italy) joins GitLab’s Southern EMEA team as a trusted advisor to both prospective and current customers. This role focuses on demonstrating how GitLab’s DevSecOps platform addresses technical requirements and business objectives across the software development lifecycle.

Working alongside Account Executives and cross-functional teams, the Senior Solutions Architect manages technical assessments, leads proof of value initiatives and workshops, and designs solution architectures. Acting as a customer advocate to Product Management, the role helps ensure successful adoption of the GitLab platform.
