About the job

Join CADDi as a Senior Solutions Architect Expert and be at the forefront of AI innovation, driving transformative solutions for manufacturers in the U. S. You will not only assist our clients but also lead the charge for our product and technology teams, ensuring the development of scalable solutions tailored for the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the solution architecture process: manage everything from initial discovery and scoping through to proof of concept (POC), testing, and final handover.
  • Engage in hands-on coding and deployment of integrations using Python, TypeScript, or Rust, develop APIs, and establish robust data pipelines.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments, including Sales (for technical scoping and demos), Product (for field feedback and reusability), and Customer Success teams (for enablement and documentation).
  • Create precise technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, statements of work (SOW), test plans, and operational runbooks.
  • Adopt a 0-to-1 mindset: rapidly transition from initial customer discussions to production-ready solutions and develop reusable frameworks for subsequent scaling efforts.

Daily Activities:

  • Engage in hands-on development: design, prototype, and build data and AI features, alongside writing services and orchestration code.
  • Conduct customer discovery and value engineering sessions to gather requirements, map data sources, and establish measurable success criteria.
  • Facilitate solution demonstrations and technical workshops to quickly iterate and validate POCs.
  • Productionize solutions: ensure data flows are robust, implement logging and metrics, and add necessary tests and security controls along with deployment pipelines.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support: assist in shaping SOWs, accurately estimating scope and timelines, and mitigating delivery risks.
