Position Overview
As a Senior Solutions Architect in the Post-Sales division, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and delivering cutting-edge networking solutions that span both single and multi-vendor environments. You’ll collaborate with an elite professional services team to thoroughly understand client requirements and deploy IT systems that align with their business objectives.
Your Impact
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will oversee the implementation of network IT solutions, including installations, upgrades, and reconfigurations for our clients' local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), data centers, and cloud infrastructures.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering deployment and implementation services for multi-vendor solutions.
- Serving as the primary technical lead for cross-functional projects, ensuring effective planning, workload distribution, technical decision-making, and successful project delivery.
- Assessing customer environments and providing expert recommendations on functionality, capacity, performance, and resilience.
- Creating detailed documentation, including configurations, procedures, and both high-level and low-level network design diagrams (HLD/LLD).
- Acting as an escalation point for team members and assisting in managing project challenges.
