Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or solutions architecture, with a strong grasp of architectural frameworks.
• Expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and its integration components, including Cloud Integration, Cloud Security Aspects, SFDC APIs, Apex Controllers, Apex Web Services, and Apex Callouts.
• Solid technical foundation in advanced structured programming languages including APEX, Force.com, . NET, and Java; proficient understanding of RDMS concepts, SQL, and structured system analysis and design methodologies.
• Proven experience in analyzing and evaluating technical architecture, formulating architecture options, and providing recommendations; strong understanding of enterprise-level IT architecture issues.
• Minimum of 3 years developing technical strategies on the Salesforce platform, with the ability to create and effectively present solutions that meet customer demands.
• Demonstrated success as a functional/technical professional, with at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations; ability to define detailed architecture and lead independent projects from an architectural perspective.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce development, including Declarative programming, Apex Coding, and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of the development lifecycle, including deployment/packaging using Metadata API, Change Sets, and Ant.
• Familiarity with best practices related to coding standards, deployments, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce integration, and security implementations.
• At least 2 years of experience in thought leadership, including white papers and mentoring staff and internal consulting teams.
• Willingness to work in a management consulting environment requiring regular travel.
• In-depth understanding of governor limits within Salesforce.
• Experience implementing SOAP and REST-based web services.
• Ability to develop web service classes on the Force.com platform and manage WSDL generation.
• Proficient in writing Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Apex Triggers, Controllers, and using JQueries to meet complex business requirements.
• Fluent in SOSL and SOQL, as well as workflows.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, and AJAX Toolkit.
• Skilled in migrating customizations, including configurations, packages, and other objects from Sandbox to Production environments.
• Ability to customize reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.
• Adaptable to changes and flexible in approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Certification in Platform Dev1/2 or DEV 501 is preferred.
• Experience with SOAP implementation of APIs (both Enterprise and Partner WSDL).
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) is a plus.
• Java experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills are required.
• Enthusiastic about working in a management consulting environment that necessitates frequent travel.
