Proficient in optimizing Intercom and Fin for customers, ensuring successful implementations and effective utilization. Expertise in advising on integrations, connecting Fin with existing technological frameworks using APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows. Lead technical discovery sessions to evaluate customer requirements and design scalable solutions. Address complex technical challenges by collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and R&D teams. Provide technical training and best practices for AI-driven automation and conversational AI. Articulate a technical perspective demonstrating the impact of Intercom and Fin on customer support operations. Support security assessments and RFPs while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture best practices. Champion customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance Intercom and Fin functionalities. Create technical documentation and content.

What’s the Opportunity?

As a Senior Solutions Architect based in Dublin, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our clients, guiding them through the integration, deployment, and optimization of Intercom and our AI agent, Fin. Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and R&D teams, you will provide strategic insights, technical expertise, and hands-on support for API integrations, security assessments, and automation strategies driven by AI.

This role is perfect for a technically proficient, customer-centric individual passionate about AI-powered customer service. You'll play a pivotal role in helping businesses harness the full potential of Intercom and Fin, ensuring smooth implementations and sustainable success.
