We are on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Engineer specializing in Data Center technologies to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington or Portland, Oregon. This pivotal role will deliver significant value to our clients through both pre-sales design and post-sales implementation. The responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies that benefit our clients.
- Executing pre-sales technical tasks to create robust system designs.
- Generating Bills of Materials (BoM), developing illustrations and diagrams, and drafting Statements of Work (SoW).
- Communicating technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Managing post-sales implementations of the designed systems.
- Creating comprehensive project documentation following implementation.
- Providing end-user system administration training for CompuNet solutions post-implementation.
- Building strategic relationships with key manufacturer Partner SEs.
Key Expectations for This Role:
- Actively listening to and addressing customer technical challenges to design appropriate solutions that align with their business needs.
- Exhibiting high-level communication skills regarding various technologies.
- Effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical staff.
- Maintaining existing certifications while pursuing new areas for certification.
- Participating in all team functions, including calls, meetings, and events.
