Your Role
The Solutions Engineering team consists of customer-facing product experts who drive Grafana Labs' global expansion by ensuring customer satisfaction and success. We share our technical expertise through demonstrations, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing engagement. Partnering closely with our Sales team, we qualify and close opportunities while serving as a vital communication link between our customers, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will excel at actively listening to prospects and customers, understanding their needs, and asking insightful questions to gather necessary information. You will translate these insights into tailored solutions utilizing Grafana Labs technology, acting as the essential bridge between our technical engineering team, our customers, and the Sales department.
Key Responsibilities
