The Solutions Engineer Team
As a pivotal member of the Solutions Engineer team at Okta, you will engage in all phases of our customers' digital transformation journeys. Our Solutions Engineers leverage various communication methods, presentations, emails, phone calls, and social media, to connect with clients both virtually and face-to-face. We are on the lookout for collaborative individuals who can craft and present compelling sales pitches and tailored product demonstrations, educating our diverse clientele, from developers to C-level executives, on best practices throughout their cloud security journey. Our Solutions Engineers are adept at empathizing with customers, quickly identifying their true technical needs by asking insightful questions, and delivering solutions that cater to those requirements. With a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, your career as a Solutions Engineer at Okta will allow you to hone these skills further while advising a diverse range of clients on the benefits of utilizing Okta’s Identity Platform.
Your Role as a Solutions Engineer
As a Solutions Engineer reporting to the Senior Manager of Solutions Engineers for Enterprise West, you will serve as a functional business consultant with a strong passion for technology. You will possess the advanced skills needed to develop, position, and demonstrate product-specific solutions throughout the sales cycles, consistently achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for your designated territory.
