Join vCluster Labs as a Senior Solutions Engineer, where you will not merely be selling software, but rather pioneering a new category in the tech landscape. In this pivotal role, you will function as the technical architect throughout the sales cycle, addressing intricate challenges faced by leading global enterprises. Your mission will involve marketing a cutting-edge technical platform designed to resolve crucial issues for Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Data leaders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Technical Leadership: Spearhead technical sales initiatives and secure the “Technical Win.” Collaborate with Account Executives to develop customized solutions that meet customer demands in a Kubernetes environment.
POC Execution: Oversee the technical lifecycle, from initial discovery to proof of concept (POC) execution, demonstrating Loft Labs' products (vCluster Pro, DevPod Pro) while addressing customer inquiries.Value Engineering: Transition from mere feature/function selling to delivering a compelling “Business Value Assessment” (BVA) that aligns our technical offerings with the customer's revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Multi-Threaded Engagement: Successfully navigate complex organizational landscapes to foster consensus among technical advocates (DevOps/Security professionals) and executive stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CISO).
Lifecycle Continuity: Facilitate the handover of newly acquired accounts to the Customer Success team, ensuring a seamless transition. Act as a trusted advisor and best practice resource throughout the customer lifecycle.
Methodical Qualification: Gain insight and qualify opportunities by collaborating with Account Executives, employing frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
