Must possess a TOP SECRET Security Clearance with SCI eligibility. A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting space ISR programs within the DoW. Familiarity with DoD or IC staff-level processes, including PPBE, requirements, programming, or budget development activities. Experience in preparing or contributing to executive-level briefings, issue papers, staff packages, or decision memoranda for high-level government officials. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude are essential. Professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in utilizing all Microsoft Office applications. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. About the job

  • Deliver advanced space ISR expertise and offer direct advisory support to senior leadership on multi-intelligence capabilities.
  • Provide strategic national security recommendations to enhance government directives, oversee acquisitions, and advise on space ISR programs benefiting the DoW and IC.
  • Offer strategic counsel to DoW customers facilitating interactions with Congress; assist in drafting testimonies, responses to congressional actions, and appeals concerning budget marks.
  • Represent client interests in ISR requirements and programming initiatives, including capability assessments, DoW, IC studies, and related efforts.
  • Conduct technical reviews, research, and analysis; draft formal positions; review and evaluate documents; prepare briefs, talking papers, memoranda, and letters as part of OSW staff packages and other necessary tasks.
  • Gather, synthesize, and prepare background information and materials for issues and engagements related to space ISR policies, programs, and activities.
  • Support the Airborne and Space ISR team during the PPBE process, including participation in OUSW(I&S) focus teams and the development of pertinent issue papers.
  • Oversee electronic file management across multiple systems (NIPR, SIPR, JWICs) ensuring compliance with NARA rules and regulations for file retention.
