Who You Are
As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will play a vital role in our accounting team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing period-end close activities, preparing journal entries, conducting account reconciliations, and generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. You will also oversee key technical areas, including accounts receivable, grants management, revenue recognition, internal controls, and financial reporting. As Sila continues to grow, you will collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and Controller to enhance our internal controls, policies, and procedures.
