Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UX leaders to formulate data-driven product strategies across various areas of GeminiApp.
  • Translate complex, ambiguous questions into clearly defined problems, design robust experiments, and extract insights from large, complex datasets.
  • Establish and implement innovative, goal-oriented metrics that drive product success.
  • Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models to understand user behavior, enhance product capabilities, and personalize the user experience.
  • Effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including executives.
  • Promote a data-driven culture by integrating user engagement insights back into models.
  • Work alongside the GenAI team to ensure model quality and feature adoption.
  • Serve as a technical mentor for a global team, guiding junior team members in complex analyses and upholding best practices for high-quality, impactful work.
