Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle. Formulate comprehensive electrical system specifications based on functional design needs to regulate power converters and create complete electrical systems that fulfill these specifications. Oversee detailed design layouts and ensure adherence to quality standards. Utilize simulations, prototypes, and engineering tests, along with precise electrical measurements, to verify design performance. Architect processor and sensor systems and select appropriate microcontrollers for integration in inverters and power converter applications. Design electronic circuits for power supply, communication, signal conditioning, and measurement. Collaborate with mechanical, systems, electrical, safety, and manufacturing engineers to enhance overall vehicle performance. Create and execute engineering validation plans to confirm that designs meet all established requirements. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in electrical system and circuit board design. Proven experience in designing controllers and sensors for power converters or inverters, considering EMC factors. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to drive cross-functional decisions to completion. Demonstrated capability to design a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) from concept to production. Solid understanding of analog and power circuits (including MOSFETs, op-amps, switching regulators, gate drivers, etc.). Experience designing PCBAs with a focus on minimizing electromagnetic interference and optimizing signal integrity.
