Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:Experience in developing Generative AI (GenAI) and self-learning systems for complex eCommerce applications. Expertise in creating statistical models for predictive analytics and compound AI Models. Proficiency in training foundational models to support learning systems. A strong background in defining processes and experiments for end-to-end foundational models. Ability to construct end-to-end AI pipelines for managing foundational models. Experience mentoring team members on frameworks and methodologies related to data lakes, normalization, dimension reduction, visualization, and statistical modeling. A commitment to ensuring model training adheres to security and compliance standards. Collaborative spirit to work with cross-functional teams to align foundational models with the company's AI strategy.
