Your Impact

  • Define and lead the ecosystem strategy for Databricks, a vital aspect of our platform's growth. Influence how applications and integrations enhance the Databricks experience for developers, partners, and customers.
  • Design frameworks, APIs, and tools that simplify the process for partners and developers to build, integrate, and scale applications within the Databricks ecosystem.
  • Empower customers to integrate leading-edge applications and specialized functionalities, enabling them to achieve competitive differentiation and enhance their AI and data capabilities.
  • Guide and mentor engineers across teams, offering technical guidance, architectural direction, and career development support. Promote a culture of innovation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and business development teams to align technical roadmaps with strategic business objectives.
  • Engage with open-source communities and advocate for best practices in application development, data processing, and ecosystem enablement.
