Role Overview
At Nuro, we adopt a machine-learning-first approach to our autonomous driving technology. In such a system, the performance hinges on the quantity and diversity of training and evaluation data.
Your team will play a pivotal role in enhancing autonomous driving systems by developing a scalable and reliable data infrastructure. This infrastructure will generate training and evaluation data sourced from both real-world logs and simulation logs. Furthermore, close collaboration with system engineers is essential to validate our autonomous driving systems comprehensively before deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrated, introspectable, large-scale batch and streaming data processing systems that can handle varied data relevant to evaluation.
- Create a robust storage system capable of managing both high volumes and diverse performance metrics.
- Build intuitive dashboards and reports to display evaluation outcomes, enabling clear comparisons that illustrate both advancements and setbacks.
- Design and implement complete end-to-end data pipelines that ensure a seamless transition from data ingestion to final consumption.
- Establish and sustain continuous testing and monitoring systems to uphold the integrity and reliability of our data and its associated pipelines.
