YOUR MISSION
Software serves as the central nervous system for True Anomaly's engineering and product philosophy. It connects military objectives, theoretical astrodynamics, and the management of spacecraft and ground systems, both human and autonomous, across time and space. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Front End Software Engineer to spearhead the technical direction and evolution of our sophisticated spacecraft modeling and simulation software.
This high-impact, strategic leadership position involves defining and driving the frontend technical roadmap, leading cross-functional initiatives that engage engineering, product, and operations, and establishing architectural foundations that will support our platform's scalability for years to come. You will identify strategic technical investments, advocate for them throughout the organization, and oversee their implementation. Your role will not only involve building features but also shaping product direction, influencing company goals, and mentoring the engineers who will develop the next generation of our platform. When systemic issues arise that impact velocity or quality, you will diagnose root causes, build consensus on solutions, and drive necessary organizational changes.
Prior experience in aerospace or building space ground systems is not required. You will lead critical, greenfield initiatives of strategic importance to the company.
