The OPPO US Research Center is in search of a dedicated and experienced Senior IT Systems Engineer to enhance our operational efficiency and support our ongoing business needs.Key Responsibilities:Deliver technical support and resolve issues for Windows and macOS systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.Administer and maintain Linux-based servers and associated services.Manage user account creation, device configurations, and endpoint security measures.Implement and uphold backup and disaster recovery strategies.Ensure compliance with system and network security protocols, including timely patching and updates.Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to align IT systems with organizational objectives.Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, covering configurations, policies, and procedures.Provide both remote and on-site IT support to employees as required.
