You will…Strategic Execution: Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Carbon’s most intricate programs, ensuring seamless integration across hardware engineering, software engineering, operations, and product. Systemic Problem Solving: Facilitate cross-functional alignment to pinpoint and address structural impediments in the development process. Your aim is to improve not just the project but the entire system that hindered it. Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and manage high-order risks throughout the development project. Analyze and manage intricate dependencies between hardware lead times and software sprint cycles. Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the main contact for executive leadership regarding program status. Simplify complex technical details into clear, strategic, and actionable business insights. Organizational Multiplier: Enhance Carbon’s “Ways of Working” by adopting lean, impactful frameworks and mentoring TPMs and engineers to boost overall execution speed. You have…10+ years of experience in technical program management, demonstrating a successful history of delivering complex, large-scale products. Experience leading cross-functional teams in both hardware and software domains. Proven expertise in implementing top-tier methodologies to expedite technical development and delivery. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
