We are in search of an accomplished Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a proven track record in silicon device development, focused on Quantum Processor Devices. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the execution of new product initiatives within our quantum computing roadmap. Your responsibilities will encompass translating intricate technical tasks into clear plans, establishing measurable milestones, and ensuring timely delivery. As a TPM, you will collaborate closely with a diverse team of physicists and engineers, while also engaging with external suppliers and key internal stakeholders to maintain progress with clarity and precision.
You will work directly alongside the lead TPM, acting as a liaison for cross-functional programs related to Quantum Processing Units (QPU) across the organization. Your role will involve creating and managing the operational framework that ensures alignment among teams and keeps leaders informed. This includes developing delivery plans, tracking dependencies, identifying risks early, and generating comprehensive reports that senior stakeholders can rely on. Your responsibilities will also extend to project planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. When faced with shifting priorities or technical challenges, you will bring structure to uncertainty by clarifying objectives, managing trade-offs, and driving issues to resolution while continuously enhancing our execution approach throughout the hardware lifecycle.
