Role Overview

We are in search of a results-oriented Senior Strategic ABX Program Manager to conceptualize and implement high-impact ABX programs for our Key Accounts. This senior-level position is ideal for an ABX marketer eager to innovate and enhance our engagement, connection, growth, and retention strategies for key accounts through focused, relevant, account-centric experiences.

You will take charge of the comprehensive strategy and execution of ABX initiatives for Key Accounts, working from the ground up to identify customer and account needs. You will develop data-driven, multi-channel programs aimed at generating new pipeline opportunities, reactivating stalled prospects, and accelerating revenue growth. Your role will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, transforming insights into market-ready programs with clearly defined, measurable outcomes.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Growth, Digital Marketing, Web, Content, Field Marketing, and Executive Programs. Your ability to influence without direct authority, connect diverse teams, and drive clarity and action will be pivotal to your success.

Utilizing your ABX expertise, analytical skills, and cross-functional leadership, you will help direct account strategies, prioritize investments, and accelerate deal closures. Over time, you will also contribute to establishing the foundational elements—playbooks, operational rhythms, and best practices—for a scalable Key Accounts ABX function, paving the way for future team-building and leadership opportunities.

This role reports to the Director of ABX.
