Who We’re Looking For:A minimum of 8 years of structural design experience. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis; a Master's degree is preferred. Possession of a Structural Engineer (SE) license is required. Experience in concrete, steel, and timber design. Expertise in pile design and bulkhead wall construction. Knowledge of prestressed concrete and seismic design principles. Familiarity with ASCE 61-14, AASHTO, IBC, ASCE-7, and related specifications.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Structural Design and Development:

  • Utilize your engineering expertise across various projects, collaborating with teams to create innovative solutions based on best practices in pile design, bulkhead walls, prestressed concrete, and seismic design for Port developments, marine engineering, ferry and cruise terminals, shipyards, fish & wildlife facilities, marinas, and floating structures.
  • Engage in projects focused on waterfront infrastructure and industrial developments, applying your skills to drive successful outcomes in these specialized fields.
  • Develop risk assessment and mitigation strategies to enhance project success.
  • Gain experience in ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle, including understanding relevant regulations and permitting requirements.
  • Refine your abilities in identifying and overcoming challenges through innovative problem-solving techniques, utilizing both traditional and modern engineering approaches.

Project Leadership:

  • Oversee project tasks, ensuring effective coordination of timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as necessary to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Guide and mentor team members to support their professional development.

Client Engagement and Exceptional Service:

  • Cultivate strong client relationships by actively listening to needs, providing transparent communication, and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and proactive support throughout all project phases.
