To be successful in this role, you should possess:A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Master's degree preferred). A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license. A minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering design, with at least 2 years in project management. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, RAM, RISA-3D, etc.). Strong familiarity with building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC). Exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Experience with BIM software (Revit, Bluebeam). A commitment to continuous professional development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects, emphasizing efficiency and innovative solutions.
  • Mentor project engineers and BIM team members, guiding them through complex projects and supporting their professional growth.
  • Engage with clients to ensure effective communication and delivery of tailored solutions.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and structural evaluations.
  • Oversee the creation of engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports, ensuring adherence to building codes and standards.
