We are in search of a skilled Senior Supervising Electrical Engineer to enhance our team in Hamilton, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor engineering staff, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to project timelines.
  • Serve as the “Engineer of Record” for designated projects, ensuring compliance with design standards.
  • Support the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer in training and mentoring staff while coordinating project assignments.
  • Establish and uphold design standards and specifications for engineering projects.
  • Oversee construction administrative duties, including field reports, RFIs, and project invoicing.
  • Manage communication among staff, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the business unit's growth through innovative solutions and teamwork.
  • Engage in budgeting and scheduling processes to optimize project delivery.
  • Prepare proposals and manage contracts, including Add Service Agreements.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings and oversee the preparation of analytical reports on system options and building conditions.
  • Directly supervise a team of 2-3 engineers on projects with construction costs up to $100 million.
