About the job
Saronic Technologies is at the forefront of transforming maritime operations through advanced autonomous and intelligent systems.
Job Overview
As a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing Saronic’s compliance framework as we expand. This pivotal role ensures that our supplier and supply chain operations adhere to relevant regulations, contracts, and internal protocols, while developing efficient and scalable systems and processes that align with our operational model.
You will collaborate across Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, and Legal teams to translate complex regulatory and contractual obligations into actionable internal procedures. This proactive position anticipates future compliance demands, enabling the design of systems that are prepared for evolving customer needs and scaling without unnecessary complexity.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, adept at building from the ground up, navigating uncertainty, and making sound decisions that prioritize both rigor and speed. You will significantly influence Saronic’s compliance strategy, laying a robust foundation that supports growth while avoiding legacy or overly bureaucratic frameworks.
Responsibilities
Define and implement the roadmap for supply chain compliance systems, processes, and governance.
Interpret and proactively anticipate regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements (e.g., FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, cybersecurity, traceability) and convert these into actionable internal processes.
Anticipate future compliance needs based on industry trends and scaling plans, designing systems ahead of formal contractual requirements.
Develop and execute scalable compliance frameworks for supplier onboarding, qualification, and management.
Collaborate closely with Legal to ensure alignment on regulatory requirements and risk management strategies.
Work in partnership with Supplier Quality and Supply Chain teams to integrate compliance into operational workflows.
Design and implement processes for supplier compliance verification, documentation, and audit readiness.
Support the development of internal systems/tools that facilitate compliance monitoring.
