Our goal is to make secondhand fashion the preferred choice by developing the infrastructure that supports the global secondhand clothing market. We achieve this through a B2B marketplace and advanced AI systems that digitize the supply chain.
Through our platform, vintage stores, online resellers, and retail buyers can source graded secondhand inventory directly from wholesalers and rag houses across various countries. Our standout feature, FleekSort, is an AI model uniquely trained on secondhand fashion that grades, prices, and categorizes items from just a photograph, transforming a previously opaque trade into a transparent, organized, and searchable inventory system.
Since our inception in 2022, we have successfully diverted 9 million items from landfills and have tripled our size year-on-year, securing approximately $50 million in funding from prominent investors including a16z, Y Combinator, Burda Principal Investments, and HV Capital. Our advisors and investors boast backgrounds from companies like Depop, Shopify, and Postmates.
Currently, we cater to thousands of resellers and retailers across the UK, Europe, and the US, with the secondhand fashion market projected to reach $350 billion by 2027. Fleek is establishing the AI-driven operational and financial framework for secondhand commerce on a global scale.

About the Role
In the position of Senior Supply Chain Manager on Fleek's Supply team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire, retain, and expand our supplier network that fuels our marketplace. The success of our platform relies heavily on maintaining a strong supply of quality inventory, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the right products are available in the right quantities.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with our demand and buyer teams, marketing, finance, and senior leadership to guarantee supply-side stability, negotiate favorable terms with key suppliers, and implement programs that foster long-term partnerships with one-time sellers.
