Expertise in building high-quality Svelte Web Components that facilitate white-label integration and can be customized through our theme editor, ensuring performance across both desktop and mobile environments. Strong collaborative skills to work closely with Product Design in evolving our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adaptability in various branding contexts. Experience utilizing modern tools, including cutting-edge AI technologies, to enhance productivity and reduce manual processes. A commitment to ensuring the reliability and availability of components through active participation in an on-call rotation with your team. The ability to conceptualize and deliver front-end solutions with support from Principal Engineers and Engineering Managers. A keen interest in becoming an expert in modern web standards, Web Component architecture, front-end performance, accessibility, design-system-driven development, and scalable component patterns.

The Senior Software Engineer - Front End will be instrumental in advancing our front-end engineering practices. This position emphasizes delivering high-quality, scalable solutions while contributing to the standards, frameworks, and tools that shape our engineering organization. In this role, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to a specific product area, engaging in hands-on development and providing technical guidance across various teams.
This position will initially be a contract role for a probationary period of 180 days before transitioning to a full-time position.
While this position is remote, candidates based in Denver, Colorado, are preferred due to the local availability of Svelte technical talent.
