About the job
At Anduril Industries, we are redefining defense technology to enhance military capabilities for the U. S. and our allies. Our mission is to integrate cutting-edge technology with innovative business practices to transform how military systems are designed, built, and delivered. Powered by our AI-driven Lattice OS, our systems create a real-time, 3D command and control environment by processing vast data streams. As global strategic dynamics evolve, Anduril is dedicated to rapidly providing advanced autonomy, artificial intelligence, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies to military operations.
We are currently in search of a highly skilled and motivated Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer to join our Anduril Frontier Systems division. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your technical expertise to foster collaboration across teams, including program leadership, partner companies, and government entities. Your primary focus will involve supporting Cyber and Intelligence Systems programs, translating concepts and simulations into actionable real-world applications. Additionally, you will serve as the East Coast representative for the Test and Evaluation team, with potential engagements in Air Defense, Counter-Intrusion, and other Anduril Frontier Systems initiatives.
As an integral member of our team, you will contribute significantly to the development and testing of innovative solutions that address pressing challenges. A key aspect of your role will be engaging with our simulation platform to test and evaluate new capabilities. This position emphasizes an iterative approach—design, test, field, and refine—thereby driving continuous enhancement of our systems and services.
The Test Engineering team is involved across a diverse array of products, including the Lattice Ghost UAS, Sentry Tower, cUAS, and others. Our responsibilities encompass comprehensive system-level development testing, new aircraft development, sub-component qualification testing, and much more. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions directly influence the products deployed, this opportunity is perfect for you.

- Assist in conducting tests at private facilities and government installations.
