CGS Federal is actively seeking a Senior Systems Administrator II to enhance our dedicated technical support initiatives for a prominent Federal agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the archiving of Relativity databases. This includes developing, managing, and documenting a workflow process to identify, archive, and appropriately delete materials in compliance with the required destruction/deletion policy and relevant instructions from the Division, Department, and NARA.
- Typically reports to the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, or Lead Project Manager.
- Collaborate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to assess system requirements and propose technical solutions to meet IT needs.
- Analyze information from consultations to define system and project requirements.
- Design comprehensive systems based on defined requirements.
- For smaller projects, handle a full range of technical support tasks, including program validations and testing.
- Conduct systems evaluations and present findings, recommendations, and specifications through formal reports and oral presentations.
- Consult with the COR on task orders, project scheduling, personnel assignments, and progress reporting while planning, staffing, and estimating costs for task orders.
- Provide regular reports on contract and task order progress.
- Supervise personnel assigned to task orders, ensuring adherence to work standards and conformance to technical design specifications.
