Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the archiving processes for Relativity databases, developing and documenting workflows to identify, archive, and delete materials in line with destruction policies and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, and Lead Project Manager to ensure project alignment.
- Engage with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to ascertain system requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Design systems based on defined requirements and oversee evaluations to ensure efficacy.
- Present findings and recommendations through formal reports and oral presentations.
- Consult with COR regarding task orders, scheduling, personnel assignments, and project progress.
- Supervise assigned personnel to ensure compliance with work standards and technical design requirements.
