LOCATION:  Ft. Meade, Maryland
JOB DESCRIPTION: CSG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to support our Enclave Services division.
The Enclave Support Services Section consists of dedicated teams providing comprehensive IT support at all onsite and unclassified locations, including:
  • Tailored on-site IT support, maintenance, and solutions
  • Customized off-site IT support and maintenance for various enclave customers
  • Management of Division-level Enclave projects
  • Remote IT support, maintenance, and solutions for Computer Network Operations and Cyber Security Directorate
  • Transitioning support for CNO/CSD and other Enclaves to Corporate Support or DES management as required
As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. You will manage IT system infrastructure and processes, providing day-to-day operations support, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server, storage, network devices, mobile devices, and more. You will deliver Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2/3 escalation support, ensuring effective problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. Additionally, you will configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, install and load software, and enhance system performance and reliability.
