Your Role: In this full-time, senior-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting a comprehensive technical assistance initiative for a major Federal agency. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the archiving processes of Relativity databases, ensuring compliance with Division, Department, and NARA policies for material management.
- Collaborate with the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, and Lead Project Manager.
- Engage with the COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to ascertain system requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Define system and project requirements based on gathered information and design systems to meet those specifications.
- Conduct systems evaluations and provide comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations.
- Manage task orders, oversee personnel assignments, and ensure all work meets established standards.
- Maintain progress reporting on contracts and task orders while directing and supervising assigned personnel.
