Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring stable, secure, and compliant IT operations, leading infrastructure projects, preparing for audits, and driving system improvements aligned with our corporate and HQ governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT assets, manage vendor relationships, maintenance contracts, and operational IT costs.
- Provide high-level infrastructure and end-user support across multiple U. S. locations, coordinating remote troubleshooting and on-site engineer dispatch as necessary.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce IT infrastructure policies, standards, and operational procedures in compliance with internal governance requirements.
- Lead audit readiness initiatives and responses to ensure compliance with industry standards.
