CGS Federal is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in supporting an extensive technical support initiative for a prominent Federal agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and document comprehensive workflows for the identification, archiving, and deletion of materials, ensuring compliance with relevant destruction policies and guidelines from the Division, Department, and NARA.
- Report directly to the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, or Lead Project Manager.
- Collaborate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to assess system requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Determine system and project requirements based on gathered information.
- Design comprehensive systems to meet defined requirements.
- For smaller projects, carry out a full range of technical support tasks, including program validation and testing.
- Conduct systems evaluations and present findings, recommendations, and specifications through formal reports and oral presentations.
- Consult with COR on task orders, work scheduling, personnel assignments, and project status updates, while also developing cost estimates for task order activities.
- Oversee the progress of contracts and task orders.
- Direct and supervise team members engaged in task orders, ensuring adherence to work standards and that technical designs align with functional specifications.
- Guarantee the successful completion of projects, timely delivery of outputs, and maintain rigorous quality control.
- Prepare system and technical documentation.
- Operate according to the configuration management plan.
- Supervise and manage the technical aspects of assigned tasks.
- Organize and lead user training sessions on developed systems.
- Create training materials and manuals for users on newly developed systems.
