CGS Federal is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to contribute to a significant technical support initiative for a major Federal agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and document workflow processes for the archiving and deletion of materials per established policies and NARA instructions.
- Collaborate with the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, and Lead Project Manager to ensure project alignment.
- Engage with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to assess system requirements and propose effective IT solutions.
- Analyze information from consultations to define system and project requirements.
- Develop comprehensive system designs based on defined requirements.
- Execute a full spectrum of technical support for smaller projects, including program validations and testing.
- Conduct systems evaluations and present findings in formal reports and presentations.
- Liaise with COR on task orders, scheduling, staffing, and progress reporting.
- Oversee personnel assigned to task orders, ensuring quality and compliance with work standards.
- Prepare and maintain system/technical documentation in accordance with the configuration management plan.
- Organize and deliver user training sessions on developed systems.
- Create comprehensive training materials and manuals.
