REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, computer science, or a related engineering or technical field. Over 7 years of Systems Engineering experience across the product lifecycle; additional experience is a plus. Strong understanding of aerodynamics and propulsion principles as they relate to missile systems. Familiarity with guidance, navigation, and control systems for precision-guided munitions. Proficient in systems engineering methodologies and tools.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We are engaged in the development of innovative autonomous airpower systems designed to perform in the most challenging environments. To facilitate our development and deployment efforts, we are establishing a Model-Based Systems Engineering team to lead our Digital Engineering strategy and enhance collaboration with our Modeling and Simulation, Product Engineering, and Business Development teams. This team will produce Model-Based Systems Engineering artifacts that support the development, delivery, and sustainment of advanced kinetic and non-kinetic effects and related systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Act as a systems engineer, engaging with stakeholders from both internal programs and external clients.
  • Create artifacts tailored to stakeholder requirements, collaborating closely with various functional areas to ensure completeness and accuracy. Model artifacts will frequently serve as contractual deliverables, necessitating demonstration at stakeholder meetings and events.
  • This position plays a crucial role in demonstrating Anduril’s genuine Systems Engineering and Mission Systems Integration capabilities.
  • Contribute to the formulation of our Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy and its implementation.
  • Gain a profound understanding of the transformative value of Anduril’s platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products through the development and maintenance of systems engineering artifacts.
