Your Role in Creating a Better Work Environment
As an integral member of our Tech Engineering Support team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and scaling our technology ecosystem that underpins our global operations. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and administration of our SaaS enterprise applications, systems, and services, taking charge of infrastructure reliability, security, and operational excellence. This position is hands-on, allowing you to tackle complex technical challenges, mentor team members, and initiate improvements that significantly influence how our Campers operate daily.
As a member of our exceptional team, you will:
- Cloud: Oversee and scale AWS infrastructure, including EC2, Route 53, and VPC, with a focus on managing AppStream and Workspace environments for specialized workloads.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Propel automation efforts using Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure reproducible and version-controlled environments.
- Identity Management: Serve as the primary lead for Okta, crafting complex Okta Workflows for automated provisioning and advanced SSO/SCIM integrations.
- Apple Device Management: Guide the management of the Apple fleet using strong management practices.
