Your Responsibilities:Hands-on development and validation of new printing system hardware, materials, and features to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products. Design experiments and create tools to support root cause analysis, validate system performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Define and validate technical success metrics related to print quality and product performance in alignment with product specifications (e.g., dimensional accuracy, surface quality, mechanical properties). Lead root cause investigations to resolve internal and customer-reported print failures, collaborating with other teams to implement solutions. Work in partnership with other engineering disciplines to build comprehensive knowledge for print systems and serve as the key stakeholder for functional requirements aimed at achieving print performance metrics. Collaborate with our slicer software team to design and test new print settings, executing test plans to refine these settings for optimal performance.
