About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our hiring initiatives across the Americas (both North America and LATAM). This pivotal role involves close collaboration with business leaders to shape teams and ensure we attract top talent to support our ongoing growth.
You will manage the entire hiring lifecycle for our Commercial functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Technical Support, overseeing everything from high-volume SDR pipelines to senior leadership recruitment.
This role will report to our Head of Talent Acquisition, based in Europe, which necessitates a degree of comfort with independent decision-making and the ability to navigate time zone differences. We trust you to be the expert in your region and to act accordingly.
