The Role
Veeva Link aims to create interconnected data applications that enhance research and improve patient outcomes.
As a Senior Team Lead for one of our Data Operations teams, you will oversee a remote team of over 50 freelancers executing large-scale data generation pipelines. In this role, you will design and refine business processes while advocating for technology enhancements.
Your responsibilities will include planning and managing these processes and removing obstacles for your team members. Your primary focus will be on enhancing process efficiency and minimizing defects. As a first-line manager and servant leader, you will deliver operational metrics linked to your processes and outcomes, all while maintaining high team engagement.
To excel in this role, you should be highly motivated with a proactive attitude. You are results-driven, analytical, organized, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Your communication with leadership, analysts, engineers, and researchers will be pivotal.
