Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 10 years in the development, verification, and validation of embedded software in a DO178B or DO178C compliant environment. Preferred: At least 5 years in a team lead role, demonstrating skills in team management, performance reporting, team development, and personnel coaching. Technical Skills: Extensive expertise in critical software tools, including SCADE, Matlab/Simulink, C, C++, Microsoft Office, DOORS, SVN, and Mantis. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on clear and effective interpersonal interactions. Problem-Solving Ability: Proven ability to demonstrate curiosity, autonomy, proactivity, and develop innovative solutions. Diagnostic Skills: Proven competency in diagnostics.

We are currently seeking a Senior Team Lead to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team responsible for the certification of electronic controllers for aircraft engines.

The Senior Team Lead reports directly to the Business Line Director and oversees one or more technical teams. The role encompasses the following critical responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Significantly contribute to the company's growth by actively participating in technical and commercial proposals, recruiting future employees, and identifying essential training for teams.
  • Ensure the highest standards of technical quality by rigorously reviewing and validating team deliverables.
  • Develop detailed work packages and manage external suppliers when activities require outsourcing.
  • Establish and implement robust software development and verification processes to ensure product integrity.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on quality assurance, operational efficiency, and adherence to deadlines, including team organization, tool optimization, and enhancement of testing and review methodologies.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism and commitment within the team.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication channels.
  • Provide detailed weekly reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
