Qualifications and ExperienceA minimum of 5 years' experience in tech recruitment, ideally with expertise in AI/ML, software, or tech startup hiring. Demonstrated success in a 180 recruitment role, with familiarity in the 270 or 360 recruitment models. Extensive experience working with US candidates and hiring markets. Previous experience in both remote and in-office roles, now flourishing in a remote work environment. Knowledge of contemporary tech stacks (e.g., Python, PyTorch, LangChain, AWS) is advantageous. Account management experience is essential. A strong self-motivated attitude—driven, autonomous, and commercially focused. Must possess a laptop, a reliable internet connection, and a dedicated workspace.
